KiriTTS Terms of Service

These KiriTTS Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you (“you” or “your”) and KiriTTS (“KiriTTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services in any way, by completing the account registration process, or by browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of KiriTTS’s website, services, and products, including text-to-speech, voice cloning, AI media editing, background noise removal tools, and API services (collectively, the “Services”).

PAID PLANS ARE PREPAID FOR A FIXED PERIOD AND DO NOT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. WE DO NOT STORE A PAYMENT METHOD AND WILL NEVER CHARGE YOU WITHOUT A NEW PAYMENT FROM YOU. WHEN A PERIOD ENDS, YOUR ACCOUNT RETURNS TO THE FREE PLAN UNTIL YOU CHOOSE TO RENEW.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Account Creation

To create a KiriTTS account, you must provide:

First name
Last name
Email address
Password

You may also register using a supported third-party sign-in provider.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Account credentials may not be shared.

2. Content and Voice Models

Your Content Rights

You retain all rights to audio and content you create using our Services. KiriTTS does not claim ownership.

Voice Cloning

You must ensure you have legal rights and permissions to clone any voice. You are solely responsible for the legality of content and voice data you submit.

Content Restrictions

You may not generate:

Adult or sexual content
Illegal content
Content for threats, harassment, or blackmail
Content violating applicable law

Commercial Use

Paid plans include full commercial usage rights for videos, podcasts, ads, client work, and other business applications.

3. Payment and Billing

Plans

The plans we offer, their prices, credit allowances, and included features are those shown on our pricing page at kiritts.com/pricing and at checkout at the time you buy. The plan details shown at checkout form part of your agreement with us for that period. We may change plans and prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Usage is measured in credits, and the credit cost of each feature is shown on the pricing page. Credits reset at the start of each plan period. If you use up your credits, generation stops until your next period begins or you renew; there are no overage charges. Some features, such as API access, are available only on eligible plans.

How Payment Works

Paid plans are bought with KHQR: you scan the QR code shown at checkout in your banking app and the plan activates as soon as the payment system confirms the payment. We do not accept or store card numbers, bank details, or any other payment method.

Plan Periods

A paid plan runs for a fixed period (30 days unless the plan says otherwise) from the day the payment is confirmed. Access lasts for the whole period.

No Automatic Renewal

Plans do not renew automatically, and we hold no payment method that could be charged. Before a period ends we may email you a reminder. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan and keeps any credits you are still entitled to. To continue on a paid plan, make a new payment at any time; credits left from the period you are renewing are carried into the new one.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

Renewal Payments

A payment made to renew or upgrade a plan is non-refundable once the new period has started, except under the money-back guarantee above.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: no plan renews or charges on its own. Your paid access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Account Closure

Termination results in forfeiture of unused minutes and credits.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

KiriTTS retains all rights to its software, technology, systems, and voice models. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our technology.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services per your chosen plan.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Violate any laws
Infringe intellectual property
Harass or threaten others
Impersonate others fraudulently
Reverse engineer our systems
Share account access with others

7. Service Availability

“As Is” Basis

Services are provided without warranties of any kind.

Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Third-Party Dependencies

We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party technology providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiriTTS’s total liability is limited to the greater of:

The amount you paid in the previous 12 months, or
$100 USD

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy and Data

Data Collection

We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Voice Data

Voice recordings submitted for cloning are processed solely to provide the Services. You may request deletion.

Third-Party Processing and AI Training

Some processing — translation, transcription, and content screening — is performed by third-party providers acting on our behalf. Under the data-processing terms governing these services, everything sent to them is handled in strict confidence: they process your text and audio only to return the result to us, do not retain, cache, or reuse it beyond what is needed to complete the request, and do not use it to train their machine-learning models. We do not allow any third party to use your data to train AI models.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cambodia.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and KiriTTS. Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the rest. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
